How To Become A Member Of
The Ft Leavenworth Lancers Swim Team!

1. Contact the Head Coach to schedule a swim tryout.

2. Come to the pool ready to swim on the day setup with the coach.

3. Complete the team registration forms. Forms are in Adobe PDF. You can right click the below links and save the file to your computer. Please fill them out and bring with you to registration night. If you do not have the Adobe PDF Reader, it can be downloaded for free from http://get.adobe.com/reader

SWIM FEES

Fees are paid on a monthly basis. Fees are as follows:

Platinum Group - $75/mo. Silver Group - $60/mo.

Gold Group - $65/mo. Bronze Group - $55/mo.

Also, all swimmers are responsible for an annual Swimmer fee.

Annual swimmer fee: $110 (this includes the $52 USA Swimming annual registration fee and a $58 team administrative fee)

Multi-Swimmer Family Discount:

2 swimmers: 10% discount off total monthly fees
3 swimmers: 15% discount off total monthly fees
4 or more swimmers: 20% discount off total monthly fees

THERE IS NO DISCOUNT FOR THE ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE

Cost to start a new individual swimmer on the Silver Team!

$110	Annual Registration Fee (Includes $52 USA Swimming Fee and the $58 team admin fee) Paid to Lancers Team Treasurer
